This drawing was made out there — in the heat, the noise, the rhythm of real life. On sidewalks, subway steps, in parks and backstreets.
Over six weeks, it grew line by line — drawn live, on location, right in the middle of the city. From Chinatown to the Bronx. From graffiti-tagged walls to hidden jazz spots. From bodegas to bridges.
You might even recognize your block. Your corner. A place you pass every day. This isn’t a romantic fantasy.
It’s a portrait of the New York people actually live in — unfiltered, unpolished, and real.
