30-Day Return & Refund Policy

For all products — including made-to-order canvas prints — you have 30 days from delivery to return your artwork and receive a full refund of the artwork price.


Please note

  • Shipping costs (even if "free shipping" was applied) are not refundable. The non-refundable shipping amount ranges from 3,90€ to 269€ depending on delivery location and artwork size.
  • You arrange and cover your own return shipping.
  • The artwork must be returned undamaged.

Canvas Prints

Canvas prints are made to order and excluded from the statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Our voluntary 30-day return policy applies instead. Transport damage: inspect upon delivery. If damaged, refuse the package or email photos of the damaged box, artwork, and shipping label. We will arrange a swift solution.


Exchanges

Each artwork is created specifically for your order — direct exchanges are not available. To exchange, return your item and place a new order.


Return & Refund Process

2. Wrap your artwork safely and send to:

3. After inspection, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are transferred via your original payment method within 10 business days (artwork price only, excluding shipping).

If you’re not fully satisfied with your artwork, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the artwork and receive a full refund of the ARTWORK price.

is anywhere between 3,90€ - 269€
depending on the location of delivery and size of the artwork.

You need to arrange and cover your own return shipping fees.

FOR CANVAS PRINTS

 

In case of damage:
Inspect the package upon delivery. If the artwork is damaged, return it to the carrier and contact us. If you notice damage only later, email us photos of the damaged box, artwork, and shipping label, and we’ll quickly arrange a solution.

 

Exchanges:
Our artworks are created specifically for your order, so direct exchanges for a different size or design are not covered by our return policy. If you want to exchange your artwork, please return it to us. After we approve the return, we’ll issue a refund (excluding shipping costs), and you can order the artwork you’d like instead.

 

 

RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS

Begin by contacting us at hello(at)heinerradau.de to request a return and refund. Once you’ve done that, safely wrap your artwork and send it via your chosen delivery company to the address provided below:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund. Please be aware that if the artwork shows any signs of damage or use upon return, we will not be able to process a refund.

If approved, the refund (covering the artwork price, not the shipping) will be transferred back via your original payment method within 10 business days.
