The story
Roller-skate lettering by the CBS crew, sprayed by Kripœ
“BERLIN ALS BEUTE” (“Berlin as loot”) is a notorious roller-skate lettering by the CBS crew, sprayed by the writer Kripœ. CBS (Criminals Bombing Subways) is one of Berlin's most renowned graffiti crews — known for their fist symbols, which turn up on walls all over the world.

Mauerpark – Wall of Fame & flea market
Berlin's most famous graffiti wall: the Wall of Fame on a surviving stretch of the old Berlin Wall, right in the middle of Mauerpark. Since 2019 spraying here has been officially allowed — this wall is also where you'll find the roller-skate lettering from the drawing. But Mauerpark is both: the wall and Sunday. Then the park is packed, people sing karaoke, and at the huge flea market local artists sell their things — jewellery, clothes, originals, all one-offs. Walking in here on a Sunday is a real Berlin experience.
