The story
Large mural by BLU, Cuvrystraße, Kreuzberg
The mural by the Italian artist BLU on Cuvrystraße showed two figures joined by chains — one of Berlin's best-known street art works worldwide. In 2014 BLU painted over it himself, in protest against investors exploiting the site. Symbolic: Berlin as the lost capital of street art.
