My artwork is an original ink drawing of 80x80cm, created live on the streets. Once I return to Germany, I carefully scan and clean the artwork to prepare it for printing.
Original drawn using only INK and FOUNTAIN PEN:
• Black ink (Rohrer & Klinger Ausziehtusche)
• Fountain pen (Leonardt -300-)
• 80x80cm paper sheet (300g/sm)

Van zijn geboortestad tot internationale knooppunten als Londen en Parijs, Radau heeft zich ondergedompeld in diverse stedelijke omgevingen. Zijn artistieke reis bracht hem naar Zuidoost-Azië (bijvoorbeeld Vietnam en Laos in 2016) en Europa (Valencia, Brussel, Bazel in 2019).
Hij tekende 10 steden sinds zijn debuut en voegt er elk jaar nieuwe toe. Gedurende 30 dagen tekent Radau de drukke scènes van deze steden met pen en inkt, gewoon op straat. De dagelijkse dagboekachtige tekeningen tellen op op het papier en slaan de tijd en verhalen op. Ze weven zichzelf samen tot een ingewikkeld patroon van zwart-witte lijnen, pulserend met het leven en persoonlijke ervaringen uit de stad.
