Holzmarkt 25 — a creative village on the Spree, next to Kater Blau. Restaurants, workshops, theatre, garden, beach. One of the last examples of Berlin self-organisation in a central location. View of the Fernsehturm included. A lovely place to chill during the day too: on the green banks of the Spree, in the Spreelunke beer garden, at the Backpfeife bakery, in the Café Holzmarktperle or on the deck of the Katerschmaus restaurant. Plus the Säälchen theatre.
